✨ Eidon: Ionic selenium drops, a liquid mineral supplement. 2 oz concentrate, 260 mcg per 30-drop serving.

🍃 Ingredients (as listed by Eidon): selenium (as sodium selenate), de-ionized water.

✅ The Good: Just a mineral and purified water. No fillers, sweeteners or preservatives.

💚 Progress Over Perfection: The selenium is sodium selenate, a lab-processed mineral salt. One serving is 371% of the daily value, so stick to the label dose.

📦 Packaging: The 2 oz concentrate comes in a glass bottle. Larger sizes come in HDPE plastic, so choose the 2 oz if you want glass.
