✨ Bee Harmony: Raw honey in a 12 oz glass jar, made in the USA.

🍃 Ingredients (as listed by Bee Harmony): raw honey.

✅ The Good: One ingredient: raw honey, strained, with its natural pollen and enzymes.

💚 Progress Over Perfection: Nothing to flag. Honey is 100% bee-made.

💛 Carrie’s Take: In 2010 I was diagnosed with allergies and learned that local raw honey contains trace local pollens. I started taking a spoonful about five times a week and haven’t had allergy symptoms since. If you’re looking for allergy relief, it may work for you too, especially with honey local to your region.
