🌿 Material: Galvanized steel (steel coated in zinc so it doesn’t rust). Made in the USA. The handle grip may be plastic, which is a small part.
✨ Hippiekit Take: A sturdy bucket for picking up trash on your way off the beach. It’s great for sharp finds like broken glass and fishing hooks that would poke through a bag.
🌿 Material: About half GOTS-certified organic cotton and half FSC-certified natural rubber latex for grip. A little petroleum nylon and elastane (2.5%) adds stretch. Certified free of PFAS (the “forever chemicals” often used to make gloves water-resistant).
🚩 Heads-up: Contains natural latex, so skip these if you have a latex allergy. The petroleum nylon and elastane are petroleum-based, but it’s a small amount.
♻️ Progress over perfection: Lots of gloves are coated in synthetic rubber or plastic. These are about 97% plant-based.
✨ Hippiekit Take: Protect your hands during a beach cleanup, then use them in the garden.
