✨ Arrae: Full Spectrum Mag (formerly Magnesium Triple Blend): three forms of magnesium in one capsule. Take 3 a day.

🍃 Ingredients (as listed by Arrae and retailer Healf): magnesium L-threonate (Magtein), magnesium bisglycinate chelate, magnesium citrate, vegetable capsule (HPMC), ground rice hull.

✅ The Good: Three well-absorbed forms of magnesium, with ground rice hull (the outer layer of rice grains) to help the powder flow instead of magnesium stearate.

💚 Progress Over Perfection: The magnesium forms are minerals bonded to food-based acids in a lab, which is normal for supplements. The capsule is HPMC (hypromellose), plant cellulose modified in a lab. Both are widely used; we just want you to know what they are.

📦 Packaging: Arrae’s product page doesn’t say what the jar is made from.
